Traditionally, promo products are priced with a base price, customization fees, shipping fees, and additional fees that can add up fast. At Mapleleaf Promotions, we want to provide the simplicity, predictability, and ease of transaction that every business owner and event planner needs. That is why we have overhauled our pricing structure to offer your one all-inclusive price* for your order.

Free Shipping

To simplify the ordering process, all orders qualify for free shipping**, so there are no extra fees when you get to the shopping cart. The price you see is the price you pay!

Free Artwork Setup

Our All-In Price* includes transforming your text or logo into a digital format used for the imprint process. Once done, digital proofs will be provided to review before we start fulfilling your order.

Additional Imprint Locations

Our All-In Price* includes a free one-color imprint in one location. If you require another color or location you may be charged a small setup fee. All additional setup fees will be shown in the shopping cart for you to review prior to purchase.

Proof Process

Once we receive your order, we will begin working on your artwork proof. You will receive an email to review and approve your artwork before your order is completed. If you require any changes to your proof, please let us know, and we will work with you to get the design you are looking for. As always, we will not charge you any proof fees with our All-In Pricing*.

Fast Production

Flexible Inventory

Most of our products offer low quantity increments, so you can order only the quantity you need. Our minimum order quantity and mix-n-match increments are included on every product page for your convenience.
